Warriors of jewellery design, the duo that is MoutonCollet evolves
with unmistakable eccentricity...
«Mad Safari» is dedicated to desert warriors, inspired by a universe
fi lled with sand dunes, hot sun and weapon wearing men.
Military decorations and rank medalians are referenced within
these «heavy-duty» pieces.
Introducing tie-dyed fabric scarves, a remix of the kaffi yeh, is worm
around the neck fi xed with a braided chain link. Accompanying
caps bring about a summery twist to classic MoutonCollet ideas.
Nude and grey leather is used in straps, holsters come pockets and
braided bracelets and chains. Fabric appears in versions of black,
light blue and white weaves, tiedyed with acids to a diluted eff ect.

Whenever a photographer wants to show his models completely nude he needs a lot of empathy to create an atmosphere that’s free of any restraints. Dylan Rosser is perfectly capable of this as he has already proven with his photo books. Naked is all about intimacy and encounters with men at their most vulnerable but also at their most beautiful. These pictures are striking and they go under the skin. Rosser dresses his models in beautiful lighting—often he presents them in an almost sterile environment, yet bathing them in richly saturated colors. The images in Naked are stark, erotic and effortless.

Ils ont été créés pour la série de photographies réalisée en 2008 Hallucinations, exposée à La Flatland Gallery d'Utretch. Cette première série de slips fut ensuite encadrée et montrée la même année à la galerie Quang, lors de l'exposition Superstition(s). Une seconde série a été produite pour le premier Défilé philosophique au Centre Georges Pompidou en 2010. Elle sera à nouveau portée en novembre 2011 pour le Défilé Philosophique 3 à Bruxelles.
Les Dessous philosophiques en vente sur ce site sont des multiples numérotés de 1 à 100 convoquant cinq philosophes en deux tailles Small et Médium, vendus 40 euros, avec une attestation de l'artiste.
Les Dessous philosophiques sont des objets parodiques qui, s'ils font sourire ou rire, ne cherchent pas pour autant à nuire au philosophe convoqué.
